Data Pls Help with my school homework

Hi! I study in a university in Hungary.
Im not so good in Shell Script, can you guys help me with this?

I have to write a shell script, that is draws a rectangle filled with # signs,
The first parameter are the number of rows, and the second is the number of columns.

And this rectangle should be drawn in the standard output, and to a txt file too.

I tryed this with a cycle that reads the first parameter and then draws a column, but its only one. The rows are correct, but i cannot figure out, how to draw more columns. So my problem with echo: Its always do a line break.

Can somebody help me pls ? Smilie
