How to open an url and grep for a word

Hi All,

I am new to shell scripting,Could any of you help me on this below Smilie

I need to write a shell script where i have open an url and grep for a particular word in the url and want to display it in a flatfile.
Eg: Want to open yahoo.com and grep for yahoo groups and diplay that yahoogroup sentnce in a file called result

Just to put you on some track, try this:

Code:
$ wget -qO - yahoo.com | grep -i 'yahoo'

But if you need to display the page without the html tags or other javascript goodies, you will need tools like lynx.
