Hi Suresh,
try this

ac01dw01>find . -type d -name "a*" | xargs -i find {} -type f | xargs -i awk '/<your word>/ { print FILENAME,":",$0}' {}

it will give u output as -
./folder/file : output line
./folder/file : output line
