Help with searching within a file

I have a file name t1 contains

nas_volume -n pc02sv206 -c -S d20,d21,d22
nas_volume -n pc02sv220 -c -S d203,d204,d205,d206
nas_volume -n pc02sv308-1 -c -S d201,d202
nas_volume -n pc02sv320 -c -S d207,d208
nas_volume -n pc02sv420 -c -S d199,d200
nas_volume -n pc02sv421-1 -c -S d209,d210,d211

how do i search this file with d20 and get the display only

nas_volume -n pc02sv206 -c -S d20,d21,d22

How can I restrict the grep utility to search only d20, not d200 or d203 and so on..

your help is much appreciated...

if I don't have the option then what to do...like grep d22 and the file has some lines with

nas_volume -n pc02sv206 -c -S d20,d21,d22
nas_volume -n pc02sv422-1 -c -S d231,d220,d221
nas_volume -n pc02sv423-1 -c -S d232,d222,d223

output I am looking for,

nas_volume -n pc02sv206 -c -S d20,d21,d22
