Looping through the argument
Hi,

I would like to perform a loop through the passing in argument, is there any method.

I.e

command> my_script a b c d

my_script
----------
for i in $#
echo $i
done
# 2

$@ not $#
# 3  
Old 06-19-2009
To loop through the parameters you can do something like:

while (($#)) ; do
  # do something with $1
  shift
done
