length between 100 and 150

how to locate lines longer than 100 and smaller than 150 characters using sed and grep???

actually i want to print each line which is longer than 100 and less than 150..
i was able to do it awk
but need a way to do it with grep and sed??

Simpler to use the length() function of awk.
