if you have Python
Code:
#!/usr/bin/env python
print "%s\t%s" %("column1","column2")
for line in open("file"):
    line=line.strip().split(",")
    print "%s\t%s" %(",".join(line[:2]),line[-1])

output
Code:
# ./test.py
column1 column2
1,2     3
1,2     3
1,2     3

I got a solution b/w very clumsy..

Hope some one will give any other solution

To fetch the lines from 1st to last but one.
Code:

cut -d"," -f1-$(echo $(head -1 File_name|sed 's/,/ /g'|wc -w) - 1 |bc) File_name

To fetch the last line

Code:

cut -d"," -f$(echo $(head -1 File_name |sed 's/,/ /g'|wc -w)) File_name

it's having limitations too..if any of the words having spaces then it might not work
