Question on logout processes

If I want a command to be executed at the logout of a particular id - where do I put the command in?
I am giing a specific example that I am working on - I have a script command that is getting executed at the logon of an id. I have added it in the .profile of that id. So the entire terminal session of that id gets captured to a text file. Now, at the logout of that id, I want this text file with the information on the terminal session to be mailed out. Where do I give the mail or uuencode command, so that this happens at logout.
Kindly help.
