Expect Script - No End

Hi folks,

Im new on expect. I'd like to develop an expcet script which copies a file to a host trough scp and after that the script makes an ssh to the specified host and executes the file.

Currently I have the following Script:

Code:
#!/usr/bin/expect -f
set password [lrange $argv 0 0]
set ipaddr [lrange $argv 1 1]

set timeout -1

spawn /usr/bin/scp file root@$ipaddr:/tmp
match_max 100000

expect "*?assword:*"
send -- "$password\r"

send -- "\r"

spawn ssh -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no root@$ipaddr
match_max 100000

expect "*?assword:*"
send -- "$password\r"

send -- "\r"

expect "*~#*"
send -- "/bin/more -p /tmp/file\r"
send -- "\r"
expect eof

Everything works fine but the script/prompt doesn't come back.

I'd like to do it for multible hosts but as I mentioned the script never comes to an end.

Any idea?

BTW: "/bin/more -p /tmp/file" is just an example Smilie

Alright I fixed my issue Smilie

Code:
expect "*~#*"
send -- "/bin/more -p /tmp/file\r"
expect "*~#*"
send "exit\r"
expect eof
exit 0
