You must place the command in your script start.sh.

start.sh is the my original script which is running fine when i run by logging into the bin account

Am getting problem only when am trying to run using the root-shell, the reason for running the script using root we would like to run my process automatically when the server reboots happens

What's the problem to insert the line in your script? If that's not the intention you have to look for another solution.
