R-305: Tomcat Security Update

Some JSPs within the 'examples' web application did not excape user provided data. The risk is MEDIUM. Could allow a remote attacker to perform cross-site scripting attacks.

Rscript - front end for scripting with R SYNOPSIS
Rscript [--options] [-e expr] file [args] DESCRIPTION
