brctl addbr br0
brctl addif eth0 wlan0

But my desktop deosnt get an ip from my router.

What am I missing?

I have a laptop running Ubuntu Netbook Remix.
What I want to do is use it to connect to my routers wifi, and then plug my desktop into the laptops ethernet port and be hooked to my routers network...
