I think we can use only "sort -n" command.

ls TDT_*|sort -n

If this thread is not yet solved then you may use the below.

MOD_FILE_NAME="${FILE_NAME%.*.*}_$(date +%Y%m%d_%H%M%S%N).${FILE_NAME#*.}"

Current scenario says, before running install patchcluster you should upgrade the EMC version or you may exclude this particular patch from running. Not 100% sure but you may read the "readm"...
