Well, I am happy to say that after being a phone...

Well, after over 2 years of work, and moving up to level III, I am now unemployed.

What a crazy time.

You will want to start by using linux daily at home, build a server, which is what I am doing right now on 3 flavors (Solaris, FreeBSD, Debian), and get an entry level job in tech support.

I have worked my way to Level III, but I am kinda frustrated, because I find myself, even now, on the phone more than I would like.
