What is the most simple way to search multiple text files in multiple directories for a string then replace it with another string? I have about 300 files that I need to update and I'm just looking...

Almost... That actually returns all of the lines.

Actually, the 24th column contains "" if there is no data, so how would I find only the lines that do not contain "".

Here is my problem I'm hoping you guru's can help me figure out. I have a text file that contains comma delimited columns. What I'm looking to do is see if the 24th column on each row in the file...
