Usually NTP uses only one time : UTC So you...
Usually NTP uses only one time : UTC
So you should not have issues ( time zones are local ENV settings...)

You need to set a ntp server... to get the time...
You need to set a ntp server... to get the time from
then its just a question of configuration ( /etc/ntp.conf )
