Lynx shows webpages in a text only environment, so you don't see any graphics while surfing with Lynx.

I haven't used lynx in about 2 years so if i'm wrong just shoot me.

I couldn't figure out a way to find a filename that matches 2 wildcards using one command, so this works but there must be a better way. Hopefully someone will post it.
