found the zoneinfo file...... but its a bin file. Is there any possibility i can change one.......

whats the path for the zoneinfo file and how can we make changes in it. for example if i want to change the time zone setting of the machine where could i find the file for this info.

/bin/zcat: Arg list too long. .
