Found the problem, in the Run file it states that you must have /usr/bin/time installed.
For gentoo users you need to emerge sys-apps/time.

Hi Greg,
nano -w Run

Find the line that says FLAVOR=""
change it to FLAVOR="Gentoo Linux"
