for apache is a package from IBM , and all the dependencies rpm are from IBM toolbox :


libgcc-4.8.5-1.aix7.1.ppc.rpm
gcc-4.8.5-1.aix7.1.ppc.rpm
binutils-2.25.1-1.aix6.1.ppc.rpm...

after migrate our AIX server from 6.1 to 7.1 , we insalled c compilator with rpm files
