Below is the command
mv AP_FLEXCUBE_INTERFACE10.txt FTPYMNTE_`date "+%Y%m%d%H%M%S" | tr '[a-z]' '[A-Z]'`.TXT

it is changing the file name to a different name according to time stamp dynamically....
