Is that the same cable as the CISCO switch console ports use for management? The RJ45 on one end and the other end is a serial port?

No output. It is a standard serial cable I use for resetting Netgear and HP switches. Crappy Putty black box with no letters. :(

All of the three units are doing the same thing and unable to access via TTY port via Putty.
