what is the difference between Redhat Linux and Redhat Enterprise Linux. whereas Redhat linux have Server installation options too.

I have Dell laptop having windows 8
vmware workstation 9
redhat 7.2

After installation it only get me into text mode instead f GUI

Please help

vmware 9
redhat 7.2 iso downloaded through redhat official site

after installation on vm it only boots into text dont show graphics
