export PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/bin:$PATH

you can better opt for top command.
Eg: top or top | grep user/process_name

If you trying to find the outfile1.out file directly from any of the parent directories without knowing its actual path then try using this.

find / -name output1.out 2>/dev/null
