a file which has only one line and contains all of the previous file's lines next to each...

I need a one big long line in the output. Like this /23/|/24/|/25/| and so on.

I havent heard about awk yet, here the in.txt is the file which contain the datas or it will be the one which gets the new datas?
Can I use it with a .sh file? Is it ok if I just put this code...

and how should I continue? coz it gives back only the first line.
