Tried a replace of tabs to spaces. Unfortunately to no avail.

Talked to the owner of the file. It was DOS formatted and I forgot to check :o :wall:.

I did a tr -d "\r" on the file and then ran...

Unfortunately it still results in the header of file 1 only.
Might the fact the file 1 is tab delimited play a role?

When I run the code I only get the first match. I need all matches in file 1. Any suggestions?
