I have appended all the cronjobs of various users in it.

We are using IBM AIX 5.3 and dealing with Korn Shell !
Currently we are dealing with 3 users namely ABC, tcadm and root.
I have 2 scripts :-
(1.) BackupScript.ksh
(2.) DeleteScript.ksh

Tar command :-
