then u have to use metainit command for creating...
then u have to use metainit command for creating raid....

but before that

u have to create database for ur metadevices...
can u explain....which raid u want....raid 0 .1or 5:b:

yes there is no metadevices.....metastat for SVM...
yes there is no metadevices.....metastat for SVM raid while raidctl is for hardware raid.....raidctl command shows hardware raid
