a little update, i have disabled tickless on squeeze and applied special patch, and it seems to fix the problem, however now just testing fresh install of ubuntu 11.10 server, and problem is back :(...

i have a few mysql servers running, each one gets exactly the same amount of real world load (thousands of queries per second)

back when each one was running lenny, they all had very close load...

well i am not exactly sure what is the matter, but once i get enough posts to share my link i am sure it will make things easier
