Why we create the VG?, by default rootvg is created by system,

why we create new vg? if we have option to utilize ur disk to rootvg (extendvg)

yes i have added persistent, boot, standby & service ip in hosts file before start making hacmp and interface is up...

i am trying to make HACMP but when i add a persistent ip, error shows unable to determine address for 'UPIDGIS1_pers'
