More updates on this issue. At the boot command ("ok" prompt) - if I type "boot device", I get the following results:

Boot device: /pci@1e,600000/ide@d/disk@0,0:a File and args: device
can't open...

"boot disk" option did not help. I am getting the following message:

Boot device: /pci@1e,600000/ide@d/disk@0,0 File and args:-
Data Access Error

How do we check the boot-device variable...

This is the first time I am installing Solaris. I have SunBlade 1500 Wrkstn. I installed Solaris 10 Sparc.

The installation went successfully but I don't get the login screen....
