thank you for that...using 'at' is an option.....using cron is more involved,of which I will research further........thanks again

Is there any way to run a schedule command ,that uses sudo, without me having to type it? Or is that a breach of security for my system? .Thanks

Cannot use cron
Hi,
Ok Ive tried to use crontab at least thirty times,following all the directions to no avail.
Just to test the cron program I created a script to reboot in 3 mins.
