I tried again but Nope same result.
The shell exists in usr/bin/ksh in ubuntu.

But I tried to change from bash to ksh through this line:

$ chsh -s /usr/bin/ksh...

Its quite interesting question..

I think u should read the file from some directory after spooling.
1. Within a 'for loop' u can access the file one by one.(table change may not effect)...

Hi all,


I am facing a situation here..
My default shell is BASH.
I have to change my shell from bash to ksh in ubuntu..
I have used chsh -s /bin/ksh. It doesn't work.

Run a single script in different shell
Hi All,

I am new in UNIX.I have a situation here.:confused:
I have a script which have to be run in every shell (like KSH,BASH,CSH).
Script may be any thing.
But i don't know how to do...
