vxvol set len=1400 vol01

Try this command.
vxresize -g kingston -F vxfs vol00 700M

Try to find out the controller of this disk first using the command

# vxdisk list Disk_22

Once you get controller and path, check the same with format command.

Login in maintenance mode and type init 0, now you will come down to OK prompt and you can boot from cdrom.

But I think no need to boot from CD and run fsck, you do the fsck from the maintance...
