df -hi or df -ki (the i will indicate inodes used and free)

cd ~moslemovic
chown -R moslemovic ./public_html
chgrp -R www ./public_html
chmod -R 755 ./public_html

That way moslemovic can edit any file in the folder and www can read/execute...
