The code below works but there are a couple of problems.

1) If the first tag is there but not the second, then it just replaces everything in the file after the first...

How do I replace the tags as well?

The problem i'm having is I want to be able to replace the <AFFILIATECODEBEGIN> tags as well.

The code below leaves the <Affiliatecodebegin> tags. How do I remove them as well?

for i in `find ....
