Hi, I am learning IPTables have this question.

My server is behind a firewall that does a PAT & NAT to the LAN address.

There is nothing s that a windows user can't accomplish using terminal in our company. I just feel running X will consume extra system resources.

We all use Putty and it is a no brainer to manage.

I work for a small company and we are heavily invested in linux. I would like to find out if it is advantageous to disable/remove X11 or X windows so no GUI login is available.

Any good compelling...
