Thanks very mush of your help but i have more than 10 lines started with EG_TCP_CPORTS and when i try to execute your command i will replace all " which on file with 3333 can you help me to do that

I have this line in some file called ports.txt

EG_TCP_CPORTS="21,22,25,26,37,43,53,80,110,113,443,465,873,2089,3306"

And i want to add new port called 3333 before " or before 110 another...
