I followed the advise of glen.barber and installed fedora on another disk.
Now everything works fine :)

I wasn't thinking about the disk, because I already tried another, which was also a bad one...

The bootloader is located at /dev/System/root
everything is installed on the first disk (IDE) (there's only one disk)
