I need the script by today sir

i have tried but it showing *.txt not found why its showing ..like this ...
In the directory ...five txt files are there

In "manoj.sh" 16 lines, 432 characters...

i have to move ....the files from Source dir to Target Dir.....

the script i tried ...but it's not working

wat's the base name...

while running the script....i want to take one file ...from files directory...to processing dir...

note: Script can process only one file at a time..
