Connecting from beckman to the originating machine works fine. I can connect normally over ssh to beckman and run commands (and receive a response) when I'm logged in, so it seems to me like it...

I have handshaking set up between the two machines, and they're both using the same username.

So "ssh tai@beckman" works, but "ssh tai@beckman ls" doesn't.
