actuall i know how to add swap in ufs .
i wants to know wht would be procedure if i wants to add swap on disk which is under vxfs file system . (veritas file system ) .

i m eally sorry for same . please instruct me how can i delete this duplicate thread and plase solve my query.

i wants to know how will i create swap or add new swap space in existing swap...

i was using set for assigning value
v=abc
echo $v

is working fine .

but it does not show any output .
