as i did not have the admin rights to check the hardware capacity could not check if it was 32 or 64..
but importing from the ora9i/lib32 did solve the problem!!
this is an exe file which whn i try to execute i get the following error. i am not sure if i need the oracle admin rights to change resolve it. and even if i do what is it that has to be done to...
