i have a question related to iptables,
which one is better, blocking the ports one by one, or using one command to block them all ?

like from what ive read usually when configuring a firewall...

yeah i know man, 21 is for ftp
anyway both of these didnt work

ive been trying to enable a tftp service on a unix box
using the command atftpd --daemon
but when i scan the open ports using nmap it doesnt show that port 21 as up
does anyone know the reason......

i have a firewall with two interfaces eth0 and eth1, eth0 is connected to an external network, and eth0 is connected to a private lan.
