The result of installation is "OK" but with oslevel -s i dont see the service pack installed ....

1 - do one mksysb of your nim master
2 - make the nim's database backup and take the generated file with you .
3 - restore the new machine with the nim mksysb...

is inside of bos.adt tools , is about 10 mb .... and is on first cd of AIX 5.1 .

I have a .bff file of ethereal but for resolve dependencies i need this...

you have reason ... firewall is not the cause all the time , others network problems .... or the nim master environment itself . Without more informations the analysis is a sort of bingo ;-)

normally , if the ping work , is a firewall port dropped problems , you're in a firewalled environment ??
