Unfortuantly we do not have perl and the personnel directory is in constant use so cannot rename.

Any other ideas would be appreciated.

This was to do with:
Error: Broken/missing symbolic links
Expected : /pmd

This was fixed via, scoadmin -> Software Manager -> Software -> Verify System. Then select Fix problems....
