i have the following problem:
use shell script:

Two directories have to be searched for files havin the same name.
then delete these files from one of these directories.
the directory names...

I want to, both:
1. display a message and then.
2. exit from the script.

How???

ques: accept a filename as a command line argument. Validate the input and display the last modification date for that file.
