How do I get a partition magic disk or a disk to create a non-DOS partition?

Ok, I already dowloaded redhat linux but i cant find the install program on any of the discs. So I can't run setup to make the disc. So, what do I do. I appreciate you helping me.

How do i go about getting or making a LILO disk?
Can I install Linux on a blank drive?
Where can I get the Linux Partition Magic tool?

In order to install Linux what do I have to do.
Is there an install program or just copy the files to a blank hard drive and boot from the drive?

I'm in the process of dowloading Red Hat Linux.

But tell me a couple of things, do I have to download the other two discs. I have the first three.

And, once i get it downloaded do I just copy...
