I think that the best way is to ftp, or ssh to remote unix machine from NT box. There are many ssh & ssh2 clients for win32.
Or try SAMBA as it was said above.

my question: "Why linux only?"
There are many other unix-like systems like freebsd & openbsd ... and others...
You can choose most famous distros such as RedHat or Mandrake...
But the main in all...
