I executed the command cat -Ev XYX20130329164001.txt and below is what is displayed.
10014263800000000000000075203130000000000075Y22 ^M$
10010976500000000000009000103130000000590808Y22 ^M$...

I tried it with all the commands mentioned but the tmp file generated still has the new line. Can you please assist.
